Billing essentials
- No trial period is offered. Paid access begins after purchase. Paid plans are $19.95 Lifetime Access or $9.95 Monthly Membership.
- Monthly Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; use the Cancel Subscription page, account settings where available, or contact support.
- Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase or most recent subscription payment, no questions asked except fraud, abuse, duplicate refunds, or mandatory legal limits. See the Refunds Policy.
- Access is delivered digitally through your ppersona.com account. No physical goods are shipped.
